TrendHR is partnering with a growing manufacturing operation in Rockwall to hire a Maintenance Manager to lead plant reliability, equipment performance, and maintenance strategy.
This is not a reactive role. This is a systems-driven leadership position focused on building preventative maintenance programs, reducing downtime, and ensuring production runs efficiently and consistently.
What You’ll Own
- Lead all maintenance operations across a multi-line manufacturing facility
- Oversee equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades
- Build and maintain preventative and predictive maintenance programs
- Drive reduction in unplanned downtime and improve production reliability
- Ensure compliance with SQF, HACCP, OSHA, and safety standards
- Manage maintenance budgets, parts, and contractor spend
- Partner with production to resolve inefficiencies and improve workflows
- Lead capital projects and facility improvements
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance records
What You’ll Lead
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing maintenance team
- Establish SOPs, processes, and reliability systems
- Foster a safety-first culture (LOTO, hot work, compliance)

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of maintenance leadership in food manufacturing
- Strong experience with preventative maintenance systems
- Working knowledge of PLC and HMI systems
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex operations
- Experience with capital projects and facility improvements
Preferred
- Experience with chocolate or food production equipment
- Strong understanding of materials, BoM, and engineering change processes
